Small Groups Facilitator Interest Form | Fall 2024

Thank you for your willingness to be a Small Groups facilitator!
Here are your next steps after submitting your application:

Within a few days of filling out this form you will receive a call from a member of the Small Groups committee for a few further questions.
If your group is accepted, there will be a mandatory Small Groups Leader training via Zoom on Saturday, September 14th. Further information will follow.
Small Groups will begin the week of October 6th, and will conclude by December 21st.

The expectations of Small Group Facilitators are:

To have completed all 3 steps of Growth Track.
regularly attend Rock Star trainings, Rock Recharge , and other key events throughout the month.
And have previously served or volunteered on a Rock Church ministry.
